Overview

 

inform-Z (pronounced informs) is a complete, easy-to-use form system.  Design forms (using easy-to-remember options), print forms, fill out forms,  or link forms to a Mail Call database and let Mail Call merge names, addresses, etc., into your forms.  This option is great for managing invoices, order forms, performance appraisal reminders, renewal notices, etc.  If you add Mail Call you can also print envelopes, form letters, mailing labels, and more.

 

Forms you design with inform-Z can include formulas and auto-edit fields.  These options let you (or someone else in your office) fill out forms and then press a key to ask inform-Z to do all the calculations for you. 

 

inform-Z is a DOS-based product.  It runs fine in a full-sized Windows 95 DOS window.

NOTE: If you need this software in a hurry, we can e-mail it to you.  Just request e-mail delivery in the Special Instructions section when you submit your order. The cost is $6. Before requesting e-mail delivery, be sure your e-mail system can handle e-mail attachments of up to 1.4 million bytes (the size of a standard 3 1/2 inch floppy disk).

Draw lines or boxes, or add shading, in several styles.
Enter text, auto-centered inside boxes or column headings if you like.
Automatically date, sequence-number and time-stamp forms.
Add "formulas" for spreadsheet convenience, speed & accuracy.
Quick, easy block options: Copy, Move, Erase, Shading.
Vary fonts, type styles, line spacing.
inform-Z is easy to use. And it's "lesson forms" cut learning time a lot!

 

To fill out forms, use inform-Z or Mail Call (another of our programs).

"Auto-Edit" fields lets you quickly skip through forms, editing just the fields you "marked." On order forms, for example, enter Quantity, Description, Price per Unit.  Then let our math options do the calculations for you!
Let Mail Call fill in other information for you -- pulling names, addresses, etc. from your database, putting them where you want them.

Produce high-quality, professional looking forms in minutes with Epson printers or HP LaserJets. And you don't need font cartridges or soft fonts for lines, boxes, shading, etc. We use built-in features for these.

"But, I don't have a LaserJet or an Epson" you say.  Not to worry.  inform-Z has two other printer options so it works with any printer.
