We offer both Site Licenses and Quantity Discounts for PDT-Windows. The differences between Site Licenses and Quantity Discounts are described below under Definitions. We hope the information below provides the information you need. For example, a site license for 20 users is only $2,900 -- a savings of $880 over the $3,780 cost of buying 20 copies at $189 each.
To Order: For your convenience and security, we offer secure on-line ordering. You may order on-line or by fax with a Visa or MasterCard number. Or you may order by mail and send a check, money order or a Visa or MasterCard number. You can select which option you want to use when you submit your order. Sorry, we cannot accept American Express, Discover, Diners Club, etc. Note: When you submit your order, we'll estimate the number of copies you want based on which row you're on in the table below. When our "Order Page" appears, you can adjust the number of copies you want up or down. In other words, don't worry about the exact number at this point. Just be sure to choose the correct row in the table below (e.g., Order 10 - 24 Copies).

Site License Fees
Sales Tax: If we ship inside California, we'll add 8.5% sales tax. Shipping and handling: $12 (e-mail); $4 (U.S.); $6 (Canada); $8 (Elsewhere). Payment Options: We accept Visa, MasterCard, checks or money orders (drawn on a U.S. bank, denominated in U.S. dollars). Sorry, we can’t accept American Express, Discover, Diners Club, etc.
Definitions When you order a Site License, we send you one master copy of the latest version of the licensed program, plus one copy of the printed material, if any. You may then install the licensed program on from 1 to "x" PCs. Or, if your users are on a network, you may install the licensed program on a network server, and then allow from 1 to "x" users to use the licensed program simultaneously. ("x" means the number of licenses you order.) A Site License is most appropriate if your PC users are geographically close (e.g., in the same building), and/or they use the program from a single network server. Consider Quantity Discounts (described below) if your PC users are geographically dispersed.
Consider Quantity discounts if your users are geographically dispersed, rely heavily on laptop computers, or do significant work away from the office. In this case it might make sense for each person to have their own set of distribution disks and materials. Our Quantity Discounts are 1/2 the site license discounts described above. So, for example, 10 complete packages for 10 users would cost $162 per package – since we include 10 sets of disks, 10 sets of packaging, etc. These packages must be mailed (no e-mail delivery is possible). Shipping and handling costs are $ 4 (U.S.); $ 6 (Canada); $ 8 (Elsewhere) for the first package, and ½ that cost for each additional package. |
